The staff were very good and obliging, especially the Receptionist. The location is marvellous and stunning, very close to restaurants, shops, popular bars, pubs.- The food was well presented.- The beer bar offers reasonably priced drinks.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Leicester. I truly enjoyed great and beautiful location and how the place is fairly clean. Nice service, as the staff were courteous and nice.

The hotel has nice and obliging staff who go out of their way to provide good service. Great location in a lovely area very close to the Richard III visitor centre for history fans.

There was no air conditioning and it was very hot in the room (hot summer weekend).

The property seemed clean and the room was perfect and updated. Booked a room in my card. The location was incredible and brilliant, for example, Magazine was within easy walking distance of the hotel. The restaurant was great and served hot food. I've stayed here before and loved this place.

The breakfast was fresh, good selection and rich. The bed was very comfortable.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean.

I was told I had been given an upgrade to a Sky Studio. This turned out to be a dark attic room with a view of a brick wall, no air conditioning and no ability to open window. It was stifling. The receptionist offered me a fan but there was already one in the room wihich made a marginal difference.
